Beacon Economics' Analysis Finds Toll Road Project Will Create Jobs

Riverside_Freeway70x105A new Beacon Economics' analysis finds that planned toll lanes along a major Southern California highway could create more than 1,800 local jobs and generate an additional $67 million in local spending. The study, conducted for the Riverside County Transportation Commission, forecasts that the jobs will come from the construction of the toll road and, more indirectly, from quicker drive-times, which will lead to growth in the region.
